PDI specializes in custom aerospace bootstrap reservoirs engineered for demanding aircraft environments. These units, often referred to as aircraft pressurized reservoirs, use system pressure to maintain proper return‑line pressure, preventing pump cavitation during operation. By separating system fluid from return fluid with a piston or bladder, our reservoirs keep return‑side pressure above vapor pressure, eliminating cavitation and protecting pump integrity. PDI hydraulic reservoirs also manage system volume fluctuations caused by temperature changes, actuator movement, and varying system demand, ensuring stable pressure, reliable fluid supply, and protection against overflow or fluid loss.
